We were so excited to receive our incredible travel packs the day before leaving, only to test positive for Covid and our entire trip had to be placed on hold. This happened twice.
Kim our agent was incredibly patient and renegotiated our trip each time. We barely paid any penalties due to Kim negotiating with Rwanda Air on our behalf.
The actual trip exceeded all expectations. We would looked after incredibly well by Henry our guide. We stayed in comfortable, beautiful accommodation and did abs saw everything we planned plus more.

The entire trip was brilliantly organised and I enjoyed every second. Our guide was Moses and he was fantastic, making sure that we knew what to expect, arranging additional gorilla tracking permits and trips and his knowledge of the wildlife and birds was great, he also had a great sense of humour.
The lodges we stayed in were second to none and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure that we felt at home.
I travelled on my own but it was an added bonus that the other ladies on my trip were great fun.

We found the Gorillas after about one hour. Bundu Bashing was real authentic & rough and so glad we were fully covered in long sleeve bush clothes.
Charles was a Darling. He drove the Cruiser at a full 42km/hr on the highway and had quite a few backseat drivers to increase his speed

Overall the hotel was incredible with the little things like massaging your feet when taking off the protective sheen shields and cleaning of shoes after each trek.
Incredible food and have never seen any streets in the world more clean than in Rwanda. They sweep all roads & sidewalks everyday. By law every citizen has to help clean up every last Saturday of the month.” ~ Nauta & de Villiers families
