A lovely American guest, who visited South Africa in 2016, wanted to bring his wife on an epic African Honeymoon in 2020.
Their dream was to see the great migration, Big 5, and gorillas. Blending some romance with ‘adventure in comfort’ and unique locations.
They were such a pleasure to work with – the planning started in 2019 for travel in 2020, but along came travel restrictions, wedding postponements and many more challenges.
Fast forward to August 2021 and the honeymooners arrived in the Masai Mara for 3 nights, then off for 4-nights in the Serengeti in Tanzania, followed by a Ngorongoro Crater exploration for 2 nights. Some relaxing beach time in Zanzibar and ending off with a highlight experience – Gorilla trekking in Rwanda.
What a meaningful and unique travel experience these guests had – having the best wildlife spots in East Africa all to themselves.
