Pam McOnie is our wonderful Cape Town foodie guide, she shares her current tours:

FOODIE PENINSULA RAMBLE:

A foodie peninsula ramble including stops for coffees, beer or wine tasting, cheese tasting, artisan pastries, possibly scones and fish & chips for lunch. These will operate as private tours, a maximum of 5 people. The day includes a scenic ramble around the area with tastings. It does not include going to Cape Point or penguins unless requested.
Available any day of the week.
FOODIE WINELANDS RAMBLE:
A foodie winelands tour of the Stellenbosch wine region. The day would include olive oil & olive tastings, chocolate and wine pairing and a braaibrootjie & wine pairing! One can add in a lovely long lunch in the area. Ideas for lunch:
- The Longtable at Haskell – on top of a mountain, sitting outdoors with wonderful views & a talented chef.
- Sit on top of the mountain outdoors on Bertus Basson’s outdoor deck at Hidden Valley Estate and eat burgers and pizza
- Head to Middelvlei for a boerebraai. The itinerary is flexible based on your interests.
Maximum of 5 people in the van for the private tour. Wine tours operate Wednesday to Sunday.
PRIVATE WINELANDS TOUR:

Send Pam a brief on the wines you enjoy and whether you are foodies and any other interests or requirements. Eg including some walking in food gardens, shopping etc and then leave it in her hands to design a fun day out in the Cape Winelands.
Maximum of 5 people in the van for the private tour. Wine tours will operate Wednesday to Sunday.
A TASTE OF CAPE TOWN FOR LOCALS WALKING TOUR:

During this period Cape Fusion is offering a version of a foodie tour that is tailor-made to give locals a taste of Cape Town. This tour will give you a taste of our current post Covid city. The tour will start in Kloof Street followed by a walk down through the city. Explore our history, cultures, foodie trends, new green shoots of openings and check out some of our artisan designers and art en route. This is a Cape Town City immersion.
The tour will operate on a Friday from 9 am to 2 pm as a scheduled tour option (private tours can be arranged Monday to Friday). This includes all eats and non-alcoholic drinks. Come hungry! Unfortunately, they cannot accommodate vegans, dairy intolerance and gluten allergies. This is a walking tour and the meeting point is on Kloof street. No transportation is supplied. You will stop at approximately 6 places to taste food or drinks. Regrettably, no kids under the age of 16 unless it is booked as a private tour. The scheduled tour has a maximum of 6 people.
** Special pricing on offer for locals until mid-December
